   Notes: 54 degree heatwave! Wet but just a little drizzle. Some wind

   Warmup: 25 Side Straddle Hops. Misc arm circles and leg stretches

   The Thang: A Royal Beatdown (Queen Elizabeth turns 95 today)

   Each PAX was the timer for each round. PAX grabbed a playing card which determined the group exercise, then rolled the dice to determine how many trips to the cone he would take. For instance, a guy draws a 9 of Hearts, which was Smurf Jacks, then rolls a 3 on the dice. So everyone else does Smurf Jacks while he does 3 trips to the cone (approx 10yds away) using specified movement. Then next guy draws a card, rolls the dice, and so on.

   Movement changes when a Queen is drawn. When a Queen is drawn, PAX do 95 of the specified exercise as a group. Then continue using the new movement, til another Queen is drawn.

   Exercises:
   Hearts: 1-10 = Smurf Jacks; Face cards = Burpees

   Spades: 1-10 = Prisoner Squats; Face cards = Lt. Dans

   Diamonds: 1-10 = Carolina Dry Docks; Face cards = Mike Tysons

   Clubs: 1-10 = Plank Jacks; Face cards = Big Boi Sit-ups

   Movements:
   1 = Bear Crawls
   2 = Lunge Walk
   3 = Crab Walk
   4 = Broad Jump

   Random final thoughts: Good playlist of all Queen classics. At the start, Cinnamons offered to buy breakfast for all if we forsake the beatdown; no one jumped at the offer, which may have resulted in his subsequent bad attitude (which is nothing out of the ordinary, by the way). Or maybe it was the wind, which kept him from sporting RPs like Mercy. Rudy may have discovered a hidden interest in the music of Queen. Good mumblechatter this morning. Bear crawls are awful.
