    Stretching full body.

    The beatdown:
    Mosey over to monkey bars, find a spot on the bars, and a spot on the ground to do reps.

    First round:
    5 pullups
    10 merkins
    15 squats

    Second round:
    5 pullups
    10 LBCs
    15 flutter kicks 2 is 1

    Third Round
    5 pullups
    10 burpees
    15 bonnie blairs

    We circled back and repeated round 1 to finish out the beatdown.
