The Thang: defined Work. 10 cones in a big rectangle. Each cone 25 yards apart. Half of the PAX doing a movement of 50 yard, twice, half the pax moving all the heavy stuff. Then switch roles. Movements were bear crawls, mogul burpees, and ape hops.
