Located in the heart of Maumee, Ohio is Wakanda the home of the Maumee Panthers. Physical education starts early on Thursdays for men of the Black Swamp.
We had 4 hardy young men attend our beatdown. They were Josh Lonzo Hoot, Steve Footloose Mohr, Thomas Mercy Morrissey and the Q, Mark Landslide Trimble. We started with a mini Murph for 10 minutes. We then moved to the circle where we had for stations set up around the circle. After completing the exercise at one station, we rotated through each station until time came to circle up. At station 1, we did 25 overhead presses and the 25 curls. At station 2, we did 25 merkins and 25 starfish sit ups. At station 3, we did 10 burpees and 25 bigly sit ups. At station 4, we did 25 diamond merkins and 25 American hammers.

52:30 fixed workout time. AMRAP.
25 reps at a time, accumulating towards target #’s for each move. After each 25 reps, run 25 yards out and complete 3 burpees, then run back and continue. Most moves involve the cinder block.
Accumulated counts–in this order:
200 Curls (8 rounds)
175 Squats
150 overhead presses
125 Kettle Swings
100 Merkins
75 Squat Thrusters
50 Bonnie Blairs
25 Blockees.
If you complete the Blockees with time left, begin on Blockees again and work your way back up the ladder.
The PAX got after it with encouragement and oversight from Meatloaf. Much sweat was shed. Everyone who did it for the 2nd time improved. Lots of shared suffering. IPC at its finest.
COT: COR, NOR. Bull was the 6–down from F3Toledo to share in the fun. Got his name as a result of working in the county courthouse. Articulated well what most of us feel–that F3 fills a hole we hadn’t realized was there. Great 6 Bull. You’re welcome back anytime.
Prayer intentions–birth of baby Claire, sanity for the members of Wash. Local SD, Gratitude for the completion of IPC without mishap or significant injury.
