Warm up: Arm Circles and SSHsBeatdown: Rope-a-Dope
-Ropes set up at playground where chest dips are normally performed. 1 person on ropes, 1 person on cone next to ropes which will be the person next to rotate to ropes. Everyone else is on side waiting to rotate to cone and ropes. Workout consists of the person doing ropes until the person at the cone finishes a number of reps of an exercise. The other people on the side are doing a separate exercises while waiting to rotate. The rounds consisted of:Round 1: Squats + Rope (x50), Absolutions
