Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    For this beatdown on 11/4 we moseyed to 11 different locations surrounding The Wall and the Hood Park district. The intention was to do 4 burpees every 4 minutes but I failed to figure out my emom app.

    Instead we just moseyed And performed the following work mostly in sets of 44
    *box jumps/step ups
    Aussie Merkens
    44 count wall sit
    decline Merkens
    44 shoulder tap plank jacks
    big boy sit ups
    London bridges
    bear crawl up to the statue
    mosey to monument
    decline Merkens
    air squats
    held plank forever looking at the river
    And finished with a ball of men.
