The Gauntlet


Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    -This beatdown was intended to help PAX focus on their firm, not rush through to “complete” an exercise

    4 Stations – 4 minutes then rotate (Go through all 4 stations twice)

    10 Shoulder Taps 2:1
    10 Lunges 2:1
    10 Imperial Walkers 2:1

    Station 2:
    10 Merkins
    10 Squats
    10 BBSU’s

    Station 3:
    10 Wide Merkins
    10 Smurf Jacks
    10 American Hammers 2:1

    Station 4:
    10 Burpees
    10 Side Lunges 2:1
    10 Freddie Mercury’s 2:1
