Workout name: Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego
Warmup: SSH Burpees (cadence to 25. After 5 SSH’s, we did 2 burpees)
The THANG:
Had to explore the world to find the missing crown from Singapore. We first had to learn a little bit about the country so we did 3 rounds of Hail Marys (exercises with a partner). We were then quizzed on where to go next. Team came up with the right answer which is Rio de Janeiro.
Moved to the bottom of the hill. Learned facts about Rio de Janeiro but we needed to explore it as well. We then did bear planks up the hill.
Once we finished we were quizzed again. The right answer was Katmandu which we got correct. We then partnered up, sat down back to back and had to move the cinder block around in a circle. Next we passed the cinderblock over the head.
Next question we answered correctly was Oslo. I had a punishment for each question but we got them all right. Did not see that coming.
It was 6:50 am and we needed to find the person with the stolen crown. Ukulele all of a sudden jumped out with the crown and we had to chase him. Luckily Spaulding was in the best position. We saved the stolen item!
