Baseball season might be over for the year, but we are going to visit the bases one last time in 2026. This workout will be completed on the ball diamond. Each round will consist of doing the previous round plus one new exercise at the next base. The number of reps will correspond to the round at which the exercise was added. After each round the PAX must run to home plate, and then pick up the sixth. Whoever was the first to make it back to home plate gets to pick the exercise for the next round.
