Knockout Basketball
Warmup: 19 man makers for that stupid challenge. 7’s with blocks, lunge in between, squats and calf raises at each end. 150 block curls, broken up as needed.

Got several games in with some muddy balls. I won one of them so that’s probably the most important. Nobody was able to dunk because it was a little wet and slippery. It was great having some up range PAX Moana and Bongo come out so we could show them some fun.
