Located in the heart of Maumee, Ohio is Wakanda the home of the Maumee Panthers. Physical education starts early on Thursdays for men of the Black Swamp.
We had 4 hardy, brave young men come to our beatdown. They were Josh Lonzo Hoot, Dave Lyman Ramsey, Ben Rudy Hoipkemier and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble. At the east side of the oval we had 4 stations approximately 10 yards apart. At station 1, we did 25 reps of merkins on the block and 25 curls. At station 2, we did 25 American Hammers with the block. At station 3, we did 25 over head presses and 25 bent over rows. And at station 4, we did 10 manmakers! After station 4, we ran the rest of the oval until station 1 where you retrieved your block and started over.
We ended in a circle of trust.
