PAX: Woodstock, Footloose, Landslide, Mercy, Lyman, Barney (Q)
We started with “Safe T City Suicides”
We ran suicides around the perimeter of the Safe T City road using the intersections as our turnaround points
Next, the PAX in turn chose exercises which the group completed in the form of 11’s
Round 1 – Merkins & Mountain Climbers
Round 2 – Pullups & Squats
Round 3 – Burpees & Big Boys
Round 4 – Lt. Dan’s & Absolutions(A Footloose favorite)
