Located in the heart of Maumee, Ohio is Wakanda the home of the Maumee Panthers. Physical education starts early on Thursdays for men of the Black Swamp.
We had 10 wonderful men at the beatdown! They were Jonathon Bourbon Burns, Ben Rudy Hoipkemier, George Dutch Bertz, Josh Lonzo Hoot, Dave Lyman Ramsey, Steve Footloose Mohr, Ben Krabby Patty Jackson, Jason Fat Amy Nofziger,
Scott Geppetto Schutt, and the Q, Mark Landslide Trimble. Our beatdown focused on form. We had seven stations that we rotated through. 20 reps were done for Merkins, squats, dips, & freddy mercury’s. We did 10 burpees, ran across the field and back and did 5 or ten pull ups. Most everyone got through 3 rounds plus.
