Warmup: SSH in cadence, Mountain climbers in cadence, Mosey around the bus circleThang–workout title: 8 is enough.
8 stations were set up evenly spaced around the bus circle. Pax ran 8 laps of the circle, stopping at each station to perform 8 reps of whichever exercise.–for time.
