   Chain breaker, windmill, potato pickers

   The Thang: 2 rounds EMOM 1:10 each round with 15 seconds of rest between each exercise. After working through all 9 exercises we ran a mosey around the island. Modified for round 2 with / below, and sprinted the shorts and moseyed the long before circling up.
