   Warm up:
   SSH, windmills, chain breakers, mosey

   Work:
   Pax starts doing 100 squat thrusts with block.
   When they get tired and stop, they sprint to cone and back and do 20 reps of an exercise(bbs, imperial walkers, merkins, etc)

   Then they pick back up where they left off with the squat thrusters. When you get to 100 you switch exercises after the sprints. But you keep doing the Squat Thrusts

   Dang was that just pure awful.

2. Roundabout training/IPC outtakes

   Pax:
   Mercy
   Waldo
   Echo
   Lonzo
   Coconut

   QiC Woodstock

   Hub and spoke style workout. 6 minute rounds:
   Round 1
   10 reps at each cone, then rifle carry around the center cone and to the next cone.
   Curls, offset merkins, dips, Lt Dan’s, pullups, Lbcs.

   Repeat until time.

   Run one lap around the quad (no streaking)

   Round 2:
   Same, but different
   20 curls, 10 pullups, 20 flutter kicks (2 is 1), 10 Lt Dans, 10 offset merkins, 20 dips

   Repeat, then run

   Round 3:
   30 curls, 10 pullups, 30 flutter kicks with a block, 10 Lt Dan’s, 10 offset merkins, 30 dips.

   Repeat, run.

   Finisher:
   10 curls in cadence, 10 offset merkins OYO, 20 flutter kicks with block in cadence.

   Mercy was the 6.

   2nd f with Coffee provided by Lyman after.
