Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    Started with a little Cadence of Chain breakers, SSH, and Imperial Walkers

    First Set
    Complete 5 Rounds of :
    8 – Inch Worm Merkins
    8 – Burpees
    8 – Double Dips (just means 16 dips 🙂
    Run up steps and down Ramp

    Second Set
    Complete 5 Rounds of :
    8 – Box jumps or Step Ups
    8 – Smurf Jacks
    8 – Single Leg glute Lift (8 per butt cheek)
    Run up steps and down Ramp

    Third Set
    Complete 5 Rounds of :
    8 – Peter Parkers (2 is 1)
    8 – Unicylces
    8 – Froggers
    Run up steps and down Ramp

    COR, NOR, Jennay was our six. Continued reminder of the positive effect we have on each other. Wouldn’t want to surround myself with a better group of men!
