Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    Intro–Mission and Core Principles
    Warmup: Merkins in Cadence.

    Part1: Tabata (1:40 work, :20 rest) through SAD CLOWN acrostic
    S- SSH
    A- American Hammer
    D- Dips
    C- Crab Cake
    L- Lunge
    O- Outlaw (lay on 6 with feet 6″ off ground together. Draw letter ‘O’ in the air. reverse 1/2 way through)
    W- Wojo Squat (slap the ground on every down)
    N- Nolan Ryan

    Part 2: Helping brothers bear the load
    Block brigade up the stairs. Line up PAX along the steps and pass blocks from man to man to the end of the chain, creating a new stack at the highest landing. Then re-form the line facing the opposite way (so the loaded rotation switches) and pass them along again. All the way to the top of the stairs.

    Part 3: Tabata 1:40/:20 through HIM acrostic. HIM’s are ready to shoulder bigger burdons.
