Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    4 stations 8 minutes at each

    Station one White posts
    25 jump squats run to other white post to do 25 Bonnie Blair’s repeat until timer goes off

    Station 2 bottom of ramp
    25 Australian merkins run up to the middle of the ramp do 25 Carolina dry docks run down stairs to Australians repeat until timer goes off

    Station 3 Middle of ramp
    25 big boys legs up the ramp. run up the stairs do 25 V ups run down the ramp back to big boys. Repeat until timer goes off

    Station 4 benches
    25 dips run a loop the do 25 push ups run a loop repeat until timer goes off
    We started the circuit over until it was time to name our FNG!
