The week before we had 5 PAX not show that HC’d, so for the 2 that showed up today they were assigned to do the following previous Iron PAX beatdown.
4 rounds of the following:
50 Air squats
40 Big Boi Situps
30 Merkins
20 Bonnie Blairs
10 Burpees
Run lap around field
The other PAX were able to choose between this or “The Murph” that nobody else showed up for on Tuesday. IPC PAX: Woodstock, Charlotte, Lyman, and Crabby Patty. Murph PAX: Landslide, Meatloaf, Footloose, and Lonzo.
I believe we were all moving a little slower after the burpee test and seal training from the day before with Landslide.
