Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    Quick warmup then a mosy to the hill.

    Partner up
    Partner 1 will be doing suicides, partner 2 will be doing work as follows:
    every 30 seconds rotate work until Partner 1 finishes 3 cone suicide up the hill. then flip

    Round 1 (5 minutes):
    30 second plank/30 second al gore.

    Round 2 (5 minutes)
    merkins and squats

    round 3 (5 minutes)
    flutter kicks / plank jack shoulder taps

    round 4 (3 minutes)
    burpees – 7 reps per 30 second buzzer.

    round 5 (3 minutes)
    lt dans – 7 reps per 30 second buzzer

    Round 6 all together, use island as 4th cone. One round
    – 3 EZ burpees at baseline. Burpee down, 2 Merkins, 2mtn climbers, burpee up, jump squat
