PAX met in the gloom of the Commodore Bldg. parking lot off 5th st. intro of the location by Coconut. News crews were in attendance to document the exciting first workout at the new AO. (or maybe they were there to talk about what PBG schools are doing for COVID in the fall)Run route took us through the neighborhoods of PBG to the south, converging at Bicentennial park. Challenge portion was up-temp laps of the park (~1/2 mi.) with 1/4 lap recovery.
Total 5-6 mi for the PAX.Kudos to all the men that showed up and pushed themselves today! Aye!
