Started out in the COT. We had an FNG (Andrew Lee) Went over the usual-
F3 stands for Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith but today it was all the cool comfort of 90 degree heat.
F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

Are free of charge.
Are open to all men.
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold.
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion.

The ruckers went through Fort Meigs, across the bridge and did some tow path before we returned. Did about 3 miles, 6 PTs for 60 Ruck Squats and 75 ruck Merkins.
Ended in the COT combined with the runners. Spaulding was the 6 and talked about making it another running another 1000 miles this year and how F3 motivates him. Next we brought the FNG in and named him Peach (League Of Their Own reference). Announcements: Geppetto’s 2 year anniversary. We did 20 Merkins to celebrate. WE ended in prayer thankful for the ability to get out with F3.
