Tuesday runs are thriving right in the heart of Perrysburg at the Commodore Building. This will open up many new routes for all runners to “enjoy” with our run leader Coconut

    Fartlek Run with Charmin – 5.5mi (3min warm/stretch, 45min run, 5min stretch)
    Ran to Woodlands park – variable speed with 7 pick ups. Last one was approx. 1mi at pace.

    Coconut, Woodstock, Flubber, Stark, Spaulding, Beretta, Mile High, Jennay, Doubtfire
