Tuesday runs are thriving right in the heart of Perrysburg at the Commodore Building. This will open up many new routes for all runners to “enjoy” with our run leader Coconut

    We did about 1 mile run to Woodland Park where we went over instructions. Pax would sprint roughly 1/4 mile around the small track and return to the starting position to catch their breath. Repeato 4X
    We then ran back to the AO and did a lap around the block to get some pax to 5 miles.
