The Ruck is moving again, we are now meeting on the backside parking lot of the Fort Meigs Historic Site take Rapids Rd right before the bridge to Maumee to find us
What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

The Ruck:
Rucked Across the Maumee-Perrysburg Bridge. Stopped on the trail by the old bridge footers, did squats and did some bridge history. Looped back around the tow path and crossed back to the Perrysburg Side. Took the trail by the River around Fort Meigs. Stopped at the to of the hill for some ruck sack curls and presses and for some fort history. Continued around the Fort back to the lower river parking lot and got in the COT.
We did the Count-O-Rama / Name-O-Rama. Flo was the 6. He gave us the usual wisdom. I’m always a better man for hearing Flo!!! We announced and Prayed and took part in Ravens Coffeteria. Thanks to the runners who joined us for some fellowship!!!!!
