Run about 5 miles with 3 hills at Hood Park and 3 Hills at Maple Street. Had some fun trying to get the radar speed sign up to max. Spaulding and Van Gogh topped us out at 18 MPH!

Mazey (Cocos pup) rocked an awesome ice beard.
