Warm up in the shelter house with some dips and merkins
The main event- we did a repeating circuit
37 lunges at bottom of hill, race to top of hill, perform 37 merkins and 37 of one of the “S.O.L.O” workouts (squats.overhead claps. lunges. outlaws.) I did open this up to any exercise that started with S L or O.
Complete circuit by running down the shallow side of the hill and back to the base of the steep side and start again.
