Tuesday runs are thriving right in the heart of Perrysburg at the Commodore Building. This will open up many new routes for all runners to “enjoy” with our run leader Coconut.
Pax met at the levy on one of the first not-gross days of the late summer. Early temps around 67 degrees and tolerable humidity.

Ran to Woodland park (the fortress) and circled up at pride rock to describe the Fartlek:
The .83mi trail around the park is well let. There are Bright-White lights and Orange-yellow lights. Each man at his own level–push it when you’re passing the bright ones, run normal when passing the orange-yellow ones, and take rest if you pass a burnt out one.
Pax achieved 3+ loops of the park and discovered that the hardest thing is to not slow-down to much when going from a fast zone to a normal zone.
Back to the levy for a quick stretch and COT. Mile High 6.
