The Gauntlet


Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playground equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!

The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

    The Thang:
    Cones are placed 10yds apart
    Cone 1: 15 merkins then sprint to cone 2.
    Cone 2: 15 big boy sit-ups then walking lunges to cone 3.
    Cone 3: 15 airpress then bear crawl to cone 4.
    Cone 4: 15 American hammers then sprint to cone 5.
    Cone 5: 15 dive bombers then crab walk to cone 6.
    Cone 6: 15 crunchy frogs then walking lunge to cone 7.
    Cone 7. 15 diamond push-ups then bear crawl to cone 8.
    Cone 8: 15 big boy sit-ups then sprint to cone 9.
    Cone 9: 15 alt shoulder taps then crab walk to cone 10.
    Cone 10: 15 leg raises then sprint back to cone 1.
    Ended with Geppetos Birthday exercise which was hold plank and count around the circle for merkins.
    PRAYER INTENTIONS: Afghanistan and health for some named family and friends.
