Mosey over to the closest field as the blacktop was slippery with fresh snow.Burp walk: Partner up. First partner does burpees while the second partner does lunge walk to the second row of cones and back. Flapjack until 100 burpees are complete.
Abosultion Isolation: 3 rows of cones. Run to first cone, 20 Groiners. Run back to start, then to second cone, do 20 Mahktar N’Diayes. Run back to start, then to third cone, 20 Chilly Jacks. Now run back to start and put each of the parts of the Absolution together and do 5 Absolutions. Repeato.
