No FNG’s so right into Mission and Principles:
F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith – believe in something bigger than yourself
Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
• Be free of charge
• Be open to all men
• Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
• Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary.
• End with a Circle of Trust
Credo: Leave no man behind but leave no man where you found him
Disclaimer: You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
Jog to sled hill
Six stations in rotation on repeato
Station one at bottom of hill: (5) absolutions then bear crawl up hill
Station two at top of hill: (10) burpees then crawl bear down hill

-Know the 6: Peach – Likes the accountability. Better than going to a gym. Good workout. Got his name from A League of Their Own and because he played baseball in college.
-Announcements: Continue to support Grand Rapids mustard seed. July 4th Convergence at Fortress.
-BOM: Prayers for fathers, for this beautiful day and for the men of this group
Spreadsheets from the Gloom: 65 and rainy. Great to start the day with a win by getting wet, dirty and out of our comfort zones this morning. Honor to lead this group.
