Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

Honored to lead this most excellent group of 15 PAX this morning:
After a poorly timed cadence SSH warm-o-rama by YHC, we got on to the Thang:
3 stations, each focused on 1 muscle group. 5 reps to start, +5 after that until 20 reps, then back down to 5.
You go up the steps to Station 1 (AB):
* Leg Raises
* American Hammers (2=1)
* Imperial Walkers (2=1)
Down the ramp to Station 2 (BACK):
* Dancing Bears (2=1)
* Crab Humpers
* Y Superman (Angry Birds)
Finish at the bottom with Station 3 (Chest):
* Shoulder Taps (2=1)
* Diamond Merkins
* Wide Merkins
2 PAX had to be pulled away kicking and screaming (as I remember…) to join the CoT because they wanted to “finish”. Always a good sign.
Meatloaf was the 6 and spoke of knowing that he can look around the CoT and see Men that can push and mentor him. His 100 Posts in 100 Days challenge was not met with laughter but with encouragement from all PAX in the region.
Prayers for Bongo’s Sister-in-law, battling a cancer diagnosis.
