Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field. Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.
Park at Grace Church off of East Boundary Drive.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Black Swamp and refuel from the workout.

“The Substitute”
A dirty dozen gathered at Fortress this morning at zero 6 30.
Following the welcome, mission statement, five core principles and disclaimer the pax moseyed to the trail at the playground in woodlands park. Pax began with a warm up Indian run around the large trail proximately 1 1/4 miles. Pax then recovered at the playground and were given their instructions. The following work occurred:
*100 pull-ups combined between a team of two pax. One did work while the other ran the quarter-mile trail around the park.
*After a brief recovery and holding plank we moved on to the same situation with Merkens but with 100 per person not combined.
*After a brief recovery and holding of plank we transitioned to 11’s in the grass. The two exercises were air squats and big boy sit ups
*Next we lunge walked 100 m back to the flag and circled up. We had two birthdays: Wall-E from Medina who is visiting as was Tweety from BGSU. We did wall-E’s age (50 something) in Russian get ups. (We cut that short to be honest) then for Mulan’s birthday, we did 51 air presses.
Finished up with a count-o-Rama, name -o-Rama, and the Six was Fossil. A pleasure to lead such a fine group of men.
Posting downrange were Wall-E
From Medina and tweety of BGSU.
