NimbusWe played the Back Nine plus 2 more holes of disk golf.
We split into 5 teams. One player from each team threw while all others did two exercises in sets of twenty repeating. Players that threw were running to each throw. When the throwers got to the baskets the rest of the men sprinted to join them and did one burpee for each stroke their teammate had that hole. Mosey between holes. Throwers and exercises switched each hole.
