The Thang: We did DORA with below. One PAX ran around the oval lap while the other did the work and switch until reps are done.

Nemo, start on 6 with block above head, lift block to chest, chest press, roll to incline merkin, stand up to overhead press, back down to incline merkin, roll to 6, chest press, lift block back to where it started above head = 1 reps 10.
Escalator, 10 jump squats, 20 burpees, 30 merkins, 40 squats, 50 lunges 1 is 1, 2 escalators.
We did some cool down cadence work after the first round, until Thai Guy wanted Man makers. After those we started round 2.
COT Manchester was the 6. He originally said he wouldn’t come out because the mornings are too early, but now he is a regular.
