We meet in the backside parking lot of the Fort Meigs Historic Site take Rapids Rd right before the bridge to Maumee to find us
What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

The Thang
After a brutal GTE on our bodies we decided to add a little dog walking for recovery.
The ruckers and dog walkers had a fun little recap and chat (AAR) from the GTE experience and Spaulding Q’ed a path for the runners.
We ended in a Cocc (Circle of Cobra Commander) in support of our brother who went in to ICU from the extreme sodium and fluid depletion experienced during the GTE. Cobra is a fighter! He never quit on white platoon all night. And we won;t quit on HIM. Keep fighting brother!
