We stole the Rudy beatdown. Who stole it from someone else.
10 stations. 1 exercise at each station. Split up into 2 teams. At each station, add 1 slash to the paper at the station. Can add as many slashes as you want, but must add 1 minimum slash. The total number of slashes is the reps you must do. After doing those reps, runt to the other side of parking lot and give your team 1 point.
Aussie pull-ups were further away at the rails by PFChang, so they were worth 2 points.
Other station exercises: big boi sit-ups, LBC, Absolution, Burpee, Merkin, squat, Imperial Walkers, Lt Dan, Jungle Boy. SSH.
TEAM 2 won. Team 1 had more people and more old guys, but the average point total still favored team 2. There was petitioning from some to double up the old person points, but the appeals were denied on their face.
This is a fun workout and I’m glad to have stolen it from Rudy. And I’m glad he stole it once too.
My addition was the pull-ups. I hope we continue to improve upon this format.
