Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

F3 Mission: To plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership
Principles: Free, Outdoors, Open to all men, Led in a rotating fashion, ends in COT
Warm-Up:
1. Mosey with Cindy to Frog area
2. SSH in cadence
3. “Cinnamons Run” down BLVD (variation of the Indian Run, but it’s a side shuffle so Cinnamons doesn’t run away from the pack! (He tried, but got tired)
The Thang: Phat Amy’s Ladder
Do four exercises in sets of 10, 20, 30, 40 (ladder up)
1. Cindy Curls
2. Cindy Squats
3. Hand release Merkins
4. Cindy Rows
Between each set, run around the pond
Top of ladder: 20 Absolutions & AMRAP Aussie pull-ups
Ladder same sets down 40, 30, 20, 10, run around pond between sets
