Intent was to bring motivator format to more than just Side Straddle Hops. Fat Amy q’d a beatdown which used the format for squats. This took the format to the below exercises.
We started at 6 and worked down. This was difficult to count. Difficult to Q. Need to think about cadence extra hard. Burpees were easier to do in cadence. Absolutions, not so much.
We did not get to inch worms.
We would do an exercise in Fat Amy Format, and do a lap around theater.
