Round 1
5 cones. At cone 1, 10 burpees, run to cone 2, 20 merkins, back to cone 1, 10 burpees, to cone 2, 20 merkins, run to cone 3, 30 Carolina dry docks, back to cone 2, 20 merkins, to cone 1, 10 burpees, to cone 2, 20 merkins, to cone 3, 30 Carolina dry docks, to cone 4, 40 2 is 1 flutter kicks, back to cone 3, 30 Carolina dry docks, to cone 2, 20 merkins, to cone 1, 10 burpees, to cone 2, 20 merkins, to cone 3, 30 Carolina dry docks, cone 4, 40 2 is 1 flutter kicks, to cone 5, 50 air squats, then to cones 4, 3, 2, and 1 doing each of the assigned exercises again.Ab work for a quick rest. In cadence we did varying numbers of LBC’s, American hammers, hello dollys, and big boi situps.
Round 2
Same deal with the cones as before except numbers of exercises were 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 respectively. All exercises done with a cinder block. Cone 1 was squat thrusters, cone 2 kettle bell swings, cone 3 was shoulder presses, cone 4 was curls, and cone 5 was tricep presses.Finished with more ab work doing flutter kicks and levers in cadence in varying numbers.
Ended in the COT with Rockwell as the 6.
