PAX: Rudy and Lonzo – Q
The thang.
Mosey’d to wabash trail and then came back around to Monclova Primary for 50 Pull-ups. Finished in 5 sets of 10.
Mosey’d back to MC2 for some block work.
1’s and 2’s ladder.
Round 1, ladder up 1 to 10 sequentially for exercise 1, and 2 to 20 for workout 2.
1 = Block Press 1, 2, 3, etc.
2 = Curls 2, 4, 6, etc.
Round 2
1 burpee followed by 5 jump squats for 10 rounds.
Round 3
Same as Round 1 but with the following
1 = Squat
2 = Merkin
Round 4
Switched Round 3 exercises and completed same format
1 = Merkin
2 = Squat
Closed with a short prayer for those that are sick with covid 19 including Rudy’s friend Justin. Rudy repeated the message he received from his Pastor that we need to try to see why we are going through this, and not to just go through the storm. Maybe some people need to refocus. Good message and something to think about.
