PAX: Dropout, Doubtfire, Bourbon, Speedy-Cat 2.0, Avocado 2.0, Spider-Man 2.0, Black-Spider 2.0, Baby faced Lonzo – Q
The PAX and 2.0’s got rucks on and headed out just over a mile over the bridge into Perrysburg. Spent about 5 seconds there and turned around to head back. We ended with just over 2 miles. It was a hot one and that was just enough.
COT, COR (Spider-Man moved to make Bourbon the 6), NOR Bourbon told us how he worked out on his own on his trip, but missed the fellowship. He had a few reasons to stay home, but an opportunity to make it out. The fellowship is a big reason of what F3 means to him.
We closed with a short prayer for Emily, Hero, Max, Gigi and Hudson with his new treatments.
