The Thing:
Workout reps were based off of the 21 medals obtained at the winter games but the US team. We did 4 sets of 4 rotating movements. Movements spelled out GOLD
First cycle:
Good ‘ole Merkins
Ohno’s (Anton Ohno’s)
Lunges
Dips
Second Cycle:
Gorilla Humpers (wide monkeys humpers)
Overhead claps
LBC’s
Dry DocksWeather was 25ish degrees, but heavy snowfall before and during the session. Driving was dicey and definitely contributed to low numbers.
Was awesome to be able to mumblechat with just Chanel. 2 person workouts are kind of cool on occasion.
