Warm-up – Side Straddle Hops in cadence and leg stretches
The Thang:
Break into teams of 4
1 person runs a lap around library (.16 mile) while rest of team performs exercise.
Continue exercise until all 4 team members have completed a lap.
Once team finished, hold Al Gore until all teams complete round.
Exercise per Round:
1. Freddy Mercury’s
2. Kraken Burpees (burpee with 3 hand release merkins)
3. Scissor Kicks
4. Mario’s (Box jump up the stairs and back down)
