We did a baseball themed workout with 9 “innings”. Each innings, whatever part of the “field” you hit to, you multiplied the hit [single x 1, double x 2, etc] by the exercise and amount. So, if you hit a homerun (x4) and had to start with 10 merkins, you had to do 40 merkins that inning. After each inning, you ran around the “bases” (the library), which completed the inning. After the 7th inning, you did the 7th inning “stretch”, a 45 sec plank. we did 2 warm exercises, side straddle hops and windmills. We had Chit Chat, Red Baron, Huckleberry, Ponzi, Lego, Dingy, Solo, an FNG (now Barnacles [Solo’s 5 year old son]) and myself, Bonds.
