After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work.
In the COT, prayers were lifted up for Landslide’s mother-in-law and those who are sick.

THE THANG: We partnered up and played deconstruction of exercises coupled with catch me if you can. One guy did reps, the other jogged to far cone. When the guy is caught (or makes it to far cone), both return to start and flip flop. Once each guy did the exercise, they moved to the next.
