Throw: throw 3* and catch 3* at least one from each group as follows:
While receiver is moving: football, frisbee
While thrower is moving: soccer ball, baseball, squish ball
Neither moving: medicine ball
Receiver must be at least as far away as the cone for that station.
Lift, Balance and carry: lift two cinder blocks (up button- 40lb dumbbells) from the ground to a farmers carry. Farmers carry across 10 parking blocks. At each break, do the following w/block(s):
10 shrugs
10 squats
10 rows
Drag & pull:
Drag: 120lbs of sandbag action, grab the rope and drag the load (walking backward) from the start cone to the opposite cone and back.
Pull: grab the nylon strap. At the other end is 110 lbs. Sit down and brace your feet on the curb. Using a hand over hand pull, drag the weight to you. Help reset for next guy.
Prior to each switch, run one loop, do 25 merkins.
Pax not doing things were given other things.
Closed with rapid fire drag and pull sets, other pax did shrugs, squats, rows.
