AO: Field of Dreams – Rolf Park – Maumee, OH
    QIC: Geppetto
PAX: Popeyes, Ringo, Beretta, Geppetto, Woodstock, Mercy, Isosceles, Simmons, Villa, Footloose, Callahan, Meatloaf, Peach
    Workout: Bases Loaded

No FNG’s so right into Mission and Principles:
    F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission – Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
    Be free of charge
    Be open to all men
Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
End with a Circle of Trust

    Warmup/Cadence work
-Run down to white fence near Cass Road and back.
-YHC stressed the importance of cadence, what it means, the correct sequence, etc.
-YHC led the PAX in (10) SSH in cadence
    -Run to fence and back
-Villa led the PAX in (10) SSH in cadence. PAX provided feedback on things he did well and things he could improve on.
    -Run to fence and back
-Simmons led the PAX in what YHC thought was going to be (10) SSH and I interrupted him. He was going to do more than that. My instructions to him were not clear enough and that was my fault. PAX provided feedback on things he did well and things he could improve on.
    -Run to fence and back
-Footloose led the PAX in SSH. PAX provided feedback on things he did well and things he could improve on.
    -Run to fence and back
-YHC led the PAX in two minutes of Picking Cherries and once minute of dropping the cherries into the basket.
    -Run to fence and back
-Callahan led the PAX in windmills in cadence. PAX provided feedback on things he did well and things he could improve on.
    -Run to fence and back
-Headed to soccer field with our coupons and performed 15 minutes of the following:
-Run from one goal line to the other, perform 10 burpees, run back to the other goal line, perform 10 squat thrusters. Repeato until time was called.

    Count-O-Rama – Thirteen
    Name-O-Rama
    Circle of Trust
Sharing of the six – Meatloaf. EH’d by Romano and WTOL news segment on F3. Posted on and off for a while but has recently begun posting on a consistent basis. Loves the quality of men in the group and how we make each other better. Realizes that F3 isn’t about the exercise but its about our impact on each other and the community. Aye!

Announcements: Meatloaf – looking for Q’s to fill the FoD schedule. Woodstock – MC2, new AO, weekly Murph, good place for VQ’s!

Ball of Man – Prayers for Hannibal and his family, prayers for Patriot and his job search.

Spreadsheets from the Gloom: Temp: Low 40’s no wind. Topics shared today – Lead cadence correctly, shared suffering – we are all in this together to make each other better. Don’t be afraid to step and and lead. You are going to fail, but in this environment you will receive support from your fellow PAX!

It was an honor to lead.
