QiC WoodstockPart 2 was an all upper body beatdown response to Mercys claim that he could smoke legs more than I could smoke upper body. He did a great job, but I am pretty sure it was a draw. Besides, no one cares about legs when you are flexing in a mirror, except Mercy and his Ranger Panties.
It was cold and gloomy, perfect day to get on some of the apparatus available at Wakanda. 12 men with an FNG (unfortunately he is a Xichigan fan, but we let him stay). Other than Coconut joining us from across the river, it was a full body of Maumee PAX which was outstanding.
The thang:
Intro – 2 minutesWarm up – michael phelps, arm circles, mosy with blocks to work out cone.
Round 1: 8 minutes then switch
Group 1 Back/Bi’s: 3 pullups, 5 curls, 7 rows (repeat – 5 sets), then bear crawl to cone and back, repeat.Group 2 Chest: 5 HR Merkins, 7 Decline Merkins, 9 dips (repeat, 5 sets), crab walk to cone and back, repeat.
Switch
All: Core – plank jack, flutter kick, lbc, american hammer, mtn climber – 10 each, repeat for 5 minutes
Burn down: 10 merkins, 10 upright rows, 10 presses, 10 tricep press, 10 curls – all with pause reps/slow reps – active rest between – bear crawl/lunge walk, or sprint field.
